Fender: Service and Repair

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

1. Remove the head lamp.

2. Remove the front wheel guard.

3. Remove the fender mounting boils.

CAUTION: Use care to avoid damaging the paint

4. Installation is the reverse of removal.

NOTE: In order to prevent the fender mounting bolts area from forming rust, apply tape sealer between the fender and the body panel.
