Circuit Description

Battery voltage is applied at all times from fuse 18 to the room lamp,map lamps, door lamps, door ajar, trunk ajar warning indicators, and luggage lamp.

When the appropriate switch (see schematic) is closed, a ground path is provided to the respective lamp, causing the lamp to go on.

The map lamps are not controlled by a door switch. They are turned on and off manually. The front room lamp can be controlled by the door switches or turned on manually, depending on the position of the front room lamp switch. The front room lamp can also be turned off so that it will not come on with the door opens.

Ignition Key Reminder
It prevents the door's lock by BCM signal when the key is inserted into the ignition key hole.

Key Hole Illumination
Battery voltage is applied at all times from the fuse 18. When the driver's side or passenger's side door is opened, the ignition key hole illumination goes on light, After that, if the opened door is closed,the lighted key hole illumination is off after about 10 sec. The signal is controlled by BCM.
