Impact Sensor: Service and Repair

REMOVAL




1. Disconnect the negative battery cable and keep secure from battery.

CAUTION: Wait at least 30 seconds after disconnecting the battery cable before doing any further work.

2. Remove the front seat.
3. Remove the door sculf trim.
4. Remove the center pillar lower trim.




5. Disconnect the Side Impact Sensor connector and remove the Side Impact Sensor.

TORQUE : 8 - 10 Nm (80 - 100 kg.cm, 6 - 7.4 lb.ft)
