Seat Temperature Element: Testing and Inspection

INSPECTION




1. Check for continuity and measure the resistance between No. 1 and No .3 terminals.

Standard value
Cushion : 3.04 ohms ± 10%
Back : 3.04 ohms ± 10%

2. Operate the seat warmer after connecting the 3P connector, and then check by measuring the temperature of seat surface.
3. Check for continuity between No. 1 and No. 3 terminals after disconnecting the 3P connector.
