Replacement

Pressure Hose And Tube
1. Drain the power steering fluid by disconnecting the return hose (A).




2. Disconnect the pressure tube (B) from the power steering oil pump (A) by loosening eye bolt.

Tightening torque :
55 - 65N.m (4.5 - 5.5kgf.m, 40 - 47lb-ft)





3. Disconnect the pressure tube (A) from the valve body housing.

Tightening torque :
12 - 18N.m (1.2 - 1.8kgf.m, 9 - 13lb-ft)





4. Remove the brackets of the pressure tube and hose from the sub-frame.




5. Installation is the reverse of removal.

Return Hose And Tube
1. Drain the power steering fluid by disconnecting the return hose (A).




2. Disconnect the return hose (B) from the power steering fluid reservoir (A).




3. Disconnect the return tube (A) from the valve body housing.




4. Remove the brackets of the return tube and hose from the sub-frame.




5. Installation is the reverse of removal.
