Repair Procedures
Replacement 1.
Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
2.
Remove the heater & blower unit
3.
Disconnect the connectors from the intake actuator, blower relay, the
blower motor, resistor (MANUAL) and power mosfet (AUTOMATIC).
4.
Remove the self-tapping screws and the blower unit.
NOTE: Make sure that there is no air leaking out of the blower and duct joints.
5.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
