Repair Procedures

Removal

1. Disconnect the front O2sensor connector and rear O2sensor connector.
2. Remove the front muffler (A).




3. Remove the exhaust manifold stay bolt (A).
4. Remove the heat protector (B).
5. Remove the exhaust manifold & WCC (Warm up Catalytic Converter) assembly (C).






Installation

1. Install the exhaust manifold & WCC (Warm up Catalytic Converter) assembly (C).

Tightening torque :
39.2 - 44.1N.m (4.0 - 4.5kgf.m, 28.9 - 32.5lb-ft)

2. Install the heat protector (B).

Tightening torque :
7.8 - 11.8N.m (0.8 - 1.2kgf.m, 5.8 - 8.7lb-ft)

3. Install the exhaust manifold stay bolt (A).

Tightening torque :
42.2 - 53.9N.m (4.3. ~ 5.5kgf.m, 31.1 - 39.8lb-ft)




4. Install the front muffler (A).

Tightening torque :
39.2 - 58.8N.m (4.0 - 6.0kgf.m, 28.9 - 43.4lb-ft)




5. Connect the front O2 sensor connector and rear O2 sensor connector.
