Inspect
    Valve Clearance
      Inspect for noise and/or engine vibration at mileage interval or every 48 months, whichever comes first.
    Suspension
      Inspect suspension mounting bolts for looseness or damage at mileage interval or every 6 months, whichever occurs first.
    Steering
      Inspect steering gear, check steering wheel freeplay, steering linkage and boots for looseness and damage at mileage interval or every 6 months, whichever occurs first. Inspect more frequntly under driving conditions C, D, E, F, G, H and I.
    Refrigerant
      Inspect air conditioning lines and connections for leakage and damage. Check air conditioning performance according to relevant shop manual if necessary at mileage interval or every 12 months, whichever comes first.
    Power Steering
      Inspect power steering pump, belt and hoses for leakage or damage at mileage interval or every 12 months, whichever comes first.
    Positive Crankcase Ventilation
      Inspect crankcase ventilation hose for damage, deterioration and correct routing at mileage interval or every 24 months, whichever comes first.
    Parking Brake System
      Inspect at mileage interval or every 6 months, whichever comes first. Inspect more frequently under driving conditions C, D, G and H.
    Fuel Supply Line
      Inspect fuel lines, hoses and connections at mileage interval or every 6 months whichever occurs first.
    Fuel Filler Cap
      Inspect condition of fuel filler cap at mileage interval or every 6 months, whichever occurs first.
    Exhaust System
      Inspect the exhaust pipe, muffler and hangers for deterioration, cracks and proper functioning at mileage interval or every 12 months, whichever comes first.
    Evaporative Emissions Hose
      Inspect condition of vapor hoses and connections at mileage interval or every 6 months, whichever occurs first.
    Emission Control Systems
      Inspect for loose, cracked, or broken vacuum lines at mileage interval or every 12 months, whichever comes first.
    Drum Brake System
      Inspect drums and lining for scoring, burning, leaking fluid, broken parts and excessive wear at mileage interval or every 6 months, whichever comes first. Inspect more frequently under driving conditions C, D, G and H.
    Drive Belt
      Inspect drive belts (Auto-Tensioner, Alt, P/Steering, A/Con, W/Pump) for wear or damage and proper tension at mileage interval or every 24 months, whichever comes first.
    Disc Brake System
      Inspect brake pads, calipers and rotors at mileage interval or every 6 months, whichever comes first. Inspect more frequentlly under driving conditions C, D, G and H.
    Constant Velocity Joint Boot
      Inspect drive shaft boots for cracks deterioration or damage at mileage interval or every 6 months, whichever comes first under driving conditions C, D, E and F.
    Brake Hose/Line
      Inspect brake lines, hoses and connections for proper installation, chafing, cracks, deterioration and any leakage at mileage interval or every 12 months, whichever comes first.
    Brake Fluid
      Inspect at mileage interval or every 24 months, whichever comes first.
    Ball Joint
      Inspect lower arm ball joints and upper arm ball joints at mileage interval or every 6 months, whichever comes first. Inspect more frequently under driving conditions C, D, E, F, G, H and I
Replace
    Oil Filter, Engine
      Perform at mileage interval or every 3 months, whichever comes first under driving conditions A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I and K.
    Fluid - M/T
      Replace at 60,000 miles under driving conditions A, C, D, E, F, G, H, I and J. Replace at 60,000 miles under driving conditions C, D, E, G, H, I and J.
    Fluid - A/T
      Perform at 30,000 miles under driving conditions A, C, E, F, G, H and I.
    Evaporative Canister Filter
      Replace fuel tank air filter (if equipped) at mileage interval or every 24 months, whichever comes first.
    Engine Oil
      Perform at mileage interval or every 3 months, whichever comes first under driving conditions A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I and K.
    Cabin Air Filter / Purifier
      Replace air filter for evaporator-blower unit at mileage interval or every 12 months, whichever comes first. Replace more frequently under driving conditions C and E.
    Air Filter Element
      Perform at mileage interval or every 24 months, whichever comes first. Replace more frequently under driving conditions C and E.
