B2458 Power Striker Motor and Switch Error - W/Harness Inspection

Terminal and Connector Inspection

1. Many malfunctions in the electrical system are caused by poor harness(es) and terminals. Faults can also be caused by interference from other electrical systems, and mechanical or chemical damage.
2. Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage.
3. Has a problem been found?






Power Striker Motor & Switch Signal Circuit Inspection

1. IG "OFF" and connect GDS.
2. IG "ON" and select "Current Data" menu.
3. Check the service data of "Power Striker Motor Operation Voltage and Power Striker Switch" with the hand-operated opening and closing of the trunk rid.

Specification : Power Striker Motor Operation Voltage : Approx. 12 V
Power Striker Switch : Full Close (In case of lock control), Pop-up (In case of unlock control)
