Inspection
1. Check for continuity and measure the resistance between No.1 and NO.2 terminals.
Standard value :
Driver/Assist (Cushion+Back) : 1.48Ohms ± 10%
2. Operate the seat warmer after connecting the 4P connector, and then check the seat warmer by measuring the temperature of seat surface.
3. Check for continuity between the terminals after disconnecting the 4P connector.
Standard value :
Position 1: Cushion=36±2°C (96.8±3.6°F), Back=40±2°C (104±3.6°F)
Position 2: Cushion=40±2°C (104±3.6°F), Back=46±2°C (114.8±3.6°F)
Position 3: Cushion=42±2°C (107.6±3.6°F), Back=52±2°C (125.6±3.6°F)
