Lateral Accelerometer: Service and Repair
Removal 1.
Turn
ignition switch OFF and disconnect the negative (-) battery cable.
2.
Remove the front seat (LH) assembly.
3.
Disconnect the yaw rate & lateral G sensor connector (A).
4.
Remove the mounting nuts (B).
Tightening torque: 7.8 - 11.8 N.m (0.8 - 1.2 kgf.m, 5.7 - 8.8 Ib-ft) 5.
Installation is the reverse of removal.
