Repair Procedures





Replacement

Cluster Facia Replacement

NOTE:
- When prying with a flat-up screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape, and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage.
- Put on gloves to protect your hands.

1. Remove the crash pad side cover (A).




2. After loosening the mounting screws, remove the lower panel (A).




3. After loosening the mounting screws, remove the cluster facia panel (A).




4. After loosening the mounting screws, remove the cluster (A).




5. Disconnect the connector (A).




6. Installation is the reverse the removal.

NOTE:
- Make sure the connector is connected properly.

Center Facia Panel Replacement
1. Remove the crash pad side cover.
2. Remove the lower panel.
3. Remove the cluster facia panel.
4. After loosening the crash pad side garnish mounting screws, remove the side garnish (A).




5. After loosening the center facia panel mounting screws, remove the center facia panel (A).




6. Disconnect the connector (A).




7. Installation is the reverse of removal.

Lower Panel Replacement
1. Remove the crash pad side cover.
2. After loosening the crash pad lower panel mounting screws, remove the lower panel (A).




3. Disconnect the connector (A).




4. Disconnect the connector (A).




5. After loosening the mounting bolts, then remove the reinforcing panel (A).




6. Disconnect the connector (A).




7. Installation is the reverse of removal.

Audio Assembly Replacement
1. Remove the crash pad side cover.
2. Remove the lower panel.
3. Remove the cluster facia panel.
4. Remove the crash pad side garnish.
5. Remove the center facia panel.
6. After loosening the audio assembly mounting screws, then remove the audio assembly (A).
7. Disconnect the connectors (B).




8. Installation is the reverse of removal.

NOTE:
- Make sure the connector is plugged in properly.

Audio Head Unit Replacement
1. Remove the crash pad lower facia panel.
2. After loosening the mounting screws, remove the audio head unit (A).




3. Disconnect the connectors (A).




4. Installation is the reverse of removal.

Glove Box Replacement
1. Remove the crash pad side cover (A).




2. Disconnect the damper (B) from the glove box (A).




3. Remove the glove box (B) from the lift (A).




4. After loosening the mounting screws, remove the glove box assembly (A).




5. Disconnect the connector (A).




6. Installation is the reverse of removal.

Shroud Replacement
1. Loosen the screws.
2. Remove the shroud assembly (A).
3. Disconnect the connector (B).




4. Installation is the reverse of removal.

Crash Pad Side Cover Replacement

NOTE:

1. Remove the crash pad side cover (A).

Crash Pad Replacement

NOTE:
- When prying with a flat-up screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape, and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage.
- Put on gloves to protect your hands.

1. Remove the following items :
A. Front seat
B. Cluster facia panel, cluster
C. Audio assembly
D. Glove box
E. Crash pad side cover
F. Front pillar trim
2. Remove the crash pad lower panel (A).




3. Disconnect the connector (A).




4. Disconnect the passenger`s air bag connector (A).




5. Disconnect the center speaker connector (A).




6. Disconnect the connector (A).




7. Loosen the bolts and nuts, then remove the crash pad (A).




8. Remove the photo sensor connector (A).




9. Remove the rain sensor connector (A).




10. Installation is the reverse of removal.

NOTE:
- Make sure the crash pad fits onto the guide pins correctly.
- Before tightening the bolts, make sure the crash pad wire harnesses are not pinched.
- Make sure the connectors are plugged in properly, and the antenna lead is connected properly.
- Enter the anti- theft code for the radio, then enter the customer`s radio station presets.
