Dimmer Switch: Testing and Inspection
Inspection 1.
Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
2.
Remove the passenger compartment junction box cover.
3.
Remove the crash pad side switch assembly (A) by pushing it through junction box cover hole.
NOTE: Put on gloves to protect your hands.

Operate the rheostat switch and check for continuity between terminals.
