Inspection

Front Seat
1. Check for continuity and measure the resistance between terminals.










Standard value (Fabric / Leather)
Cushion :3.90 Ohms ± 10%
Back :5.52 Ohms ± 10%
Set :9.42 Ohms ± 10%

2. Operate the seat heater after connecting the connector, and then check the thermostat by measuring the temperature of seat surface.






Second Seat
1. Check for continuity and measure the resistance between terminals.

Cushion :1.19 Ohms ± 10%
Back :1.05 Ohms ± 10%
Set :2.24 Ohms ± 10%

2. Operate the seat heater after connecting the connector, and then check the thermostat by measuring the temperature of seat surface.

Standard value
Cushion :36.2±2°C(LOW)/ 69.0±2°C(HIGH)
Back :40.0±2°C(LOW)/ 45.0±2°C(HIGH)
