Fuel Filter: Service and Repair

Replacement

1. Remove the fuel pump.

2. Disconnect the electric motor pump connector (A) and the fuel sender connector (B).




3. Remove the head assembly (D) after remove the fixing clip (C) of the cushion pipe.




4. Remove the return nozzle (B) after releasing the hook (A).




5. Remove the reserver-cup (B) after releasing the hook (A).




6. Remove the pre-filter (C) after releasing the hook (A, B).




7. Remove the electric motor pump (A) from the fuel filter (B) by pulling it in down direction.




8. Replace new fuel filter.
