[1] Throttle position sensor harness connector connected

[2] Under the following conditions:
* Air conditioner switch - OFF
* Electric load - OFF (lights, heater fan & rear window defogger)
* Steering wheel - Kept in straight ahead position

[3] In "P" or "N" position
