15. LOCK-UP IS NOT RELEASED

SYMPTOM
The lock-up condition cannot be cancelled even after releasing the accelerator pedal.

DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE
1. CHECK SELF-DIAGNOSIS RESULTS
With CONSULT-II
Does "TCM INPUT SIGNALS" in "DATA MONITOR" show damage to closed throttle position and wide open throttle position switch circuit. Refer to "DTC U1000 CAN COMMUNICATION LINE".
No Tools
Execute the self-diagnosis and confirm that a malfunction in the CAN communication is indicated in the results.
Yes or No
Yes >> Check the CAN communication line.
No >>GO TO 2.
2. CHECK SYMPTOM
Check again.
OK or NG
OK >> INSPECTION END
NG >> GO TO 3.
3. CHECK TCM INSPECTION
1. Perform TCM input/output signal inspection.
2. If NG, recheck TCM pin terminals for damage or loose connection with harness connector.
OK or NG?
OK >> INSPECTION END
NG >>
1. Repair or replace damaged parts.
2. Replace the transmission assembly.
