Step 1 19 to 21 Nm (1.9 to 2.1 kg-m, 14 to 15 ft. lbs.)
Step 2 90 to 95 degrees clockwise with angle wrench.

Crankshaft pulley 39.2 to 49.0 Nm (4.0 to 5.0 kg-m, 29 to 36 ft. lbs.)
