Camshaft Bearing





Tighten camshaft bracket bolts in the following steps, in numerical order as shown in the figure.
Tighten No. 7 to 10, then tighten No. 1 to 6 in order as shown.
Tightening Torque 1.96 Nm (0.20 kg-m, 1 ft. lbs.)
Tighten all bolts in numerical order as shown.
Tightening Torque 5.88 Nm (0.60 kg-m, 4 ft. lbs.)
Tighten all bolts in numerical order as shown.
Tightening Torque 10.4 Nm (1.1 kg-m, 8 ft. lbs.)

CAUTION: After tightening mounting bolts of camshaft brackets (No. 1), be sure to wipe off excessive liquid gasket from the parts list.

Tighten No. 7 to 10 in numerical order as shown.
Tightening Torque 8.3 - 10.3 Nm (0.85 - 1.0 kg-m, 74 - 91 inch lbs.)
