System Specifications
Cylinder headIf cylinder head bolts re-used, check their outer diameters before installation. Whenever the size difference between (C) and (B) exceeds the limit, replace them with new one.
Limit [(C) - (B)] 0.18 mm (0.0071 in)
Tighten all cylinder head bolts.
Tightening Torque 105 Nm (11 kg-m, 77 ft-lb)
Completely loosen all cylinder head bolts in reverse order.
Tightening Torque 0 Nm (0 kg-m, 0 ft-lb)
Tighten all cylinder head bolts.
Tightening Torque 40.0 Nm (4.1 kg-m, 30 ft-lb)
Tighten all cylinder head bolts (clockwise).
Angle tightening 95 degrees
Tighten all cylinder head bolts again (clockwise).
Angle tightening 95 degrees

1st step:
Tightening Torque 7.4 Nm (0.75 kg-m, 5 ft-lb)
2nd step and after:
Tightening Torque 25.5 Nm (2.6 kg-m, 19 ft-lb)
Intake collector 19.6 Nm (2.0 kgm, 14 ft lbs)
Camshaft
Tighten No. 7 to 10 in numerical order as shown.
Tightening Torque 1.96 Nm (0.20 kg-m, 1 ft-lb)
Tighten No. 1 to 6 in numerical order as shown.
Tightening Torque 1.96 Nm (0.20 kg-m, 1 ft-lb)
Tighten No. 1 to 10 in numerical order as shown.
Tightening Torque 5.88 Nm (0.60 kg-m, 4 ft-lb)
Tighten No. 1 to 10 in numerical order as shown.
Tightening Torque 10.4 Nm (1.1 kg-m, 8 ft-lb)
Camshaft sprocket 103 Nm (11 kgm, 76 ft lbs)
Exhaust manifold 30.5 Nm (3.1 kgm, 22 ft lbs)
Tighten nuts No. 1 and 2 in two steps. The numerical order No. 7 and 8 shows second step.
