DOOR IS OPEN : Diagnosis Procedure


1. CHECK POWER POSITION

Check if ignition switch position is changing or not.
Does ignition switch position change?
YES- GO TO 2.
NO- Check DTC for BCM. A L L Diagnostic Trouble Codes ( DTC ).

2. CHECK BUZZER (COMBINATION METER)

Check buzzer (combination meter).
Buzzer (Combination Meter).
Is the inspection result normal?
YES- GO TO 3.
NO- Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.

3. CHECK COMBINATION METER DISPLAY

Check combination meter display.
Combination Meter Display Function.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES- GO TO 4.
NO- Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.

4. CHECK DOOR SWITCH

Check door switch (driver side).
Door Switch.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES- GO TO 5.
NO- Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.

5. CHECK INTELLIGENT KEY WARNING BUZZER

Check Intelligent Key warning buzzer.
Intelligent Key Warning Buzzer.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES- GO TO 6.
NO- Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.

6. CHECK INSIDE KEY ANTENNA

Check inside key antenna.
B2621 (instrument center).
B2622 (console).
B2623 (luggage room).
Is the inspection result normal?
YES- GO TO 7.
NO- Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.

7. CHECK KEY SLOT ILLUMINATION

Check key slot illumination.
Key Slot Indicator.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES- GO TO 8.
NO- Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.

8. CONFIRM THE OPERATION

Confirm the operation again.
Is the result normal?
YES- Check intermittent incident. Intermittent Incident.
NO- GO TO 1.
