WARRANTY PARTS RETURN PROGRAM RELOCATION
All Isuzu passenger and light duty models.
Effective March 1, 1995, all requested warranty part returns are to be shipped to the following location:

The red Warranty Parts Tag and the green Warranty Return Parts label have been revised to reflect this relocation and have been assigned new form numbers.

These items have been printed and will be supplied to all dealerships in the near future.
When returning a requested part, be sure to attach a Warranty Parts Tag to the item, completed in its entirety. Also be sure to use the new Warranty Return Parts label.
