DISASSEMBLY

1. Vent




- Remove the vent from the extension housing.

2. Seal




- Remove the slip yoke seal from the rear of the extension housing, using remover and a slide hammer.

3. Bushing




- Remove the slip yoke bushing from the rear of the extension housing, using remover and driver.
Remover: J-2306214
Driver handle: J-8092

REASSEMBLY

To reassemble, follow the disassembly steps in the reverse order, noting the following points:

- Install the slip yoke bushing into the rear of the extension housing, using installer (with J8092 driver handle) and a hammer.

2. Seal




- Install the slip yoke seal into the rear of the extension housing, using installer and a soft faced hammer.

1. Vent
- Install the vent into the extension housing.
