Service Information

Condition:

Some customers may comment on a harsh shift, inoperative cruise control, or an SES light on. Diagnosis with a scan tool may show a DTC P0741 stored.

Correction:

Reprogram the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) with a new service calibration released with ITCS CD version 34 or newer. Refer to Service Programming System (SPS) in the Service Manual. As always, make sure your TECH2(R) is updated with the latest software version.
