Heater Unit (Heater and Evaporator Unit)

Installation

To install, follow the removal steps in the reverse order, noting the following points.
1. Do not reuse the O-ring of the A/C pipe. Replace it with a new one. (Apply compressor oil on the O-ring.)
2. Adjust the control cable.
- Refer to Control Lever ASM.

3. Upon feeding the engine coolant, make sure that air bleeding is properly performed, followed by checking the water level.
4. Be sure to use specified anti-freeze as engine coolant. If specified anti-freeze is not added, be aware that the heater core may corrode and leak water.
