Low to High Altitude

1. Stop engine and apply parking brake.
2. Remove air cleaner.
3. Remove vacuum switch assembly. Reinstall in plate together with altitude switch and solenoid valve assembly using common bolt.
4. Remove 3 rubber caps from altitude compensation air pipe on carburetor. Insert 3 small rubber hoses from solenoid valve into these passage pipes and secure with clips.
5. Reinstall air cleaner.
6. Disconnect large rubber hose from air cleaner pipe. Connect large rubber hose to one of 3-way passage. Connect large rubber hose already connected to 3-way passage to the above air cleaner pipe and secure with clip .
7. Connect harness connector on altitude switch and solenoid valve assembly to body harness connector.
8. Adjust engine speed to specification.
9. Check timing and attach label.
