Automatic Overdrive Transmission

The AW03-70 and AW03-72L transmissions are fully automatic with a three element torque converter. The first three speeds operate in a conventional manner with a fourth speed overdrive and one reverse speed.


The AW30-80LE transmission is fully automatic transmission with an electronic control 4WD transfer. The tranfer consists of planetary gear, hydraulic clutch, and hydraulic brake. The operation of the transfer is controlled by the transmission control computer so that maneuverability can be remarkably improved.
