Wiper Switch: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove horn pad attaching bolts, then the horn pad, disconnecting electrical connector.
3. Remove steering wheel retaining bolt and washer.
4. Using puller tool J-29752 or equivalent, remove steering wheel assembly.
5. Remove front console assembly, radio assembly, I/P undercover, hood lock release lever and left knee pad.
6. Remove upper and lower steering wheel cowl attaching screws and the cowls.
7. Remove hood of combination meter.
8. Remove combination meter retaining screws.
9. Remove combination meter flange attaching nuts.
10. Disconnect combination meter cable and electrical connectors, then the meter and satellite switch assemblies.
11. Reverse procedure to install.
