4L30E/4L60E Transmission Fluid

Affected Vehicles
All Isuzu vehicles equipped with 4L30E or 4L60E Automatic Transmissions.

Service Information

The correct fluid to use in all Isuzu vehicles equipped with the 4L30E or 4L60E automatic transmissions is DEXRON(R)-III with a G-License Number (G-34318), Isuzu part number: 2-90531-815-0 or equivalent.

When checking for correct fluid level, follow the procedures in the appropriate Workshop Manual.

NOTE:
In correct fluid or incorrect fluid level may cause shift complaints and/or transmission damage.
