SERVICE INFORMATION

All 2002 Isuzu Axiom vehicles during the crank mode will exhibit the Convenience-Starting feature:





^ Turn the Ignition Key to the START position and release the key before the engine starts. Engine cranking (starter motor operation) will continue up to 20 seconds until the engine starts. However, the starter motor operation will stop if the ignition key is moved to the OFF position.

^ The Convenience-Starting operation will eliminate the need to hold the key in the START position while starting the vehicle. Simply release the key once the key is turned to the START position and it returns to the ON position.

^ The Convenience-Starting feature is designed, as a convenience for the vehicle owner and no repairs should be attempted.
