Window Replacement - Rear Door

Removal Procedure
1. Remove the rear door trim panel.
2. Remove the water deflector.
3. Remove the outer belt sealing strip.
4. Remove the window regulator.
5. Carefully lower the window (3) down into the door.




6. Remove the window weatherstrip run channel assembly.




7. Remove the window out though the top of the door.

Installation Procedure
1. Install the rear door window between the inner and the outer door panels.




2. Position the rear door window in the bottom of the door.
3. Install the window weatherstrip run channel assembly.
4. Align the window (3) into the weatherstrip run channel (4) while raising the window into the full up position.
5. Tape the window to the window frame in the full up position.
6. Install the window regulator.

IMPORTANT: Do NOT allow the sealing lips on the outer belt sealing strip to roll over and point downwards. If this condition is present the window will not raise properly.

7. Install the outer belt sealing strip.
8. Install the water deflector.




9. Install the trim panel.
