Window Run Channels Replacement - Endgate Lower

Removal Procedure

1. Swing open the end gate.
2. Remove the end gate trim panel.
3. Remove the inner reinforcement panel.
4. Remove the window.




5. Remove the screws retaining the run channels to the end gate.
6. Remove the run channels from the end gate.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the run channels to the end gate.
2. Loose install the screws retaining the run channels to the end gate.
3. Install the window.
4. Lower the window down fully into the end gate.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

5. Finish tightening the screws retaining the run channels to the end gate.

Tighten the run channel screws to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

6. Install the inner reinforcement panel.
7. Install the end gate trim panel.
