Weatherstrip Replacement - Endgate

Removal Procedure

1. Open the end gate.
2. Open the moveable roof.




3. Remove the push-pins (2) retaining the end gate weatherstrip upper mold from the moveable roof module.
4. Remove the end gate weatherstrip from the bulb flange from the moveable roof module.
5. Remove the push-pins retaining the end gate weatherstrip lower molds (1) to the back of the vehicle.
6. Remove the weatherstrip from the end gate opening flange.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the end gate weatherstrip upper molds to the roof module with the integral push-pins (2).
2. Install the weatherstrip onto the bulb flange of the moveable roof. Ensure the roof module weatherstrip cups over the end gate weatherstrip.
3. Install the end gate weatherstrip lower molds (1) to the vehicle with the integral push-pins.
4. Install the weatherstrip to the end gate opening flange.
5. Close the moveable roof.
6. Close the end gate.
