Camshaft Position Sensor: Service and Repair
REMOVAL 1.
Disconnect battery ground cable
2.
Wiring connector from
camshaft position sensor.
3.
Remove
camshaft position sensor from cylinder head.
INSTALLATION 1.
Install
camshaft position sensor into the cylinder head.
Before installation,apply small amount of engine oil to the O-ring.
Torque:
8 Nm (5.9 lb ft) 2.
Reconnect wiring connector to
camshaft position sensor.
