Oil Pump installation





1. Install the oil pump pressure relief valve and spring.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the oil pump pressure relief valve plug.
^ Tighten the oil pump pressure relief valve plug to 14 Nm (124 inch lbs.).
3. Install the oil pump outer and inner gears as removed.
4. Install the oil pump cover.
5. Install the oil pump cover bolts.
^ Tighten the oil pump cover bolts to 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.).
