With threadlock GM P/N 12345493 (Canadian P/N 10953488) on the manifold bolts, install the bolts onto the manifold.

Exhaust Manifold Bolts (4.2L)
First Pass 25 N.m (18 lb ft)
Second Pass 25 N.m (18 lb ft)
Final Pass 25 N.m (18 lb ft)

Exhaust Manifold Heat Shield Nut 10 N.m (89 lb in)
Exhaust Manifold Heat Shield Stud 10 N.m (89 lb in)
Exhaust Pipe Bolt 50 N.m (37 lb ft)
