Bumper Replacement - Front

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the grille.
2. Remove the fog lamps, if applicable.




3. Remove the bolts that attach the bumper bracket to the frame.
4. Remove the bumper from the vehicle.
5. Remove the bolts that attach the bumper bracket to the bumper.




6. Remove the front bumper fascia (2) from the bumper (1).

Installation Procedure




1. Install the front bumper fascia (2) to the bumper (1).
2. Install the bumper bracket to the bumper.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice.

3. Install the bumper to bracket bolts.

Tighten the bolts to 40 N.m (30 lb ft).

4. Install the bumper to the vehicle.
5. Install the bumper bracket to frame bolts.

Tighten the bolts to 40 N.m (30 lb ft).

6. Install the fog lamps, if applicable.
7. Install the grille.
