Oil Pump Pipe and Screen Assembly Installation

1. Install a new oil pump pipe gasket.
2. Install the oil pump pipe and screen assembly.
3. Add sealant GM P/N 12378521 (Canadian P/N 88901148) to the oil pump pipe bolt threads.

4. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Install the oil pump pipe and screen assembly bolts.
Tighten the oil pump pipe and screen assembly bolts to 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.).
