Fuel Rail

Installation
1. Tighten the fuel rail bracket using the specified mounting torque.
Tightening torque: 19 N.m (14 lb.ft)

2. Tighten the fuel rail using the specified mounting torque.
Tightening torque: 19 N.m (14 lb.ft)







3. Install the fuel pipe (1) and the fuel leak-off pipe (2).







4. Install the fuel return pipe. Tighten the nut and the eye bolts to the specified torque.












5. Install the fuel feed pipe with the hose. Tighten the eye bolts to the specified torque.Tightening torque: 17 N.m (12 lb.ft)







6. Tighten the injection pipe and the clip using the specified mounting torque.
- Apply a thin coat of engine oil on the periphery of the sleeve nut on the fuel injector side and assemble.

Tightening torque Fuel rail side: 25 N.m (18 lb.ft) Injector side: 30 N.m (22 lb.ft)

Tightening torque Injection pipe clip: 6 N.m (52 lb.in)







7. Install the oil level gauge and guide tube.
8. Install the gasket to the EGR valve and tighten the bolts to the specified torque. Tightening torque: 24 N.m (17 lb.ft)
9. Install the gasket to the EGR adapter and tighten the bolts to the specified torque. Tightening torque: 24 N.m (17 lb.ft)







10. Install the charge air hose.
- Connect the connector of boost pressure sensor.
