EGR Control Module: Service and Repair

EGR CONTROL UNIT

RENEW

Remove the two nuts and washers securing the RG rear light unit.

Disconnect the earth lead from the light unit stud. Remove the unit from the housing. Remove the two nuts/bolts securing the EGR control unit to the body.

Disconnect the control unit block connector, remove the unit.

Fit the new unit into position. Fit the block connectors.

Fit and tighten the securing bolts. Reconnect the earth lead. Refit the light unit.
