Intermittent or non-operation of the cruise control system on 1990 MY Sedan vehicles may be caused by a poor contact at connector LB-21 (bulkhead harness to cruise control ECU).

Before diagnosing the cruise control system using JDS, ensure that all terminals of connector are clean and fully engaged.
