Transmission Fault Table Reading:

TYPICAL FAULT TABLE:




^ Fault number - Up to five different faults can be stored in ECU memory. In the example on the next page, one fault is present so only position 1 is used.

^ Field 1 data - this information contains the circuit and ECU pin number(s) that the fault was detected on.

^ Field 2 data - this information indicates what conditions the fault can be categorized in and if the fault is intermittent or permanent.

^ Occurrence - this number indicates how many times the fault has occurred.


NOTE: Clearing the ECU memory with JDS or disconnecting the battery will erase all stored information.
