Power Train Toolbox Functions (JTP626/2 & JTP627/1)

To improve the usability of the powertrain toolbox functions (Datalogger, DTC Monitor, OBDII report) have been restructured.This now enables all of these to be loaded onto the PDU together reducing the number of trips to the base station.
