Removal and Installation
EGR Valve Replacement:
NOTE: Number references in text specify numbered components in image.
1.
Disconnect vacuum hose (1) at
EGR valve.
2.
Remove valve mounting nuts (2) and lift valve from engine.
3.
Use a new gasket when installing new valve. Torque mounting nuts to 17 - 20 ft lb (23 - 27 Nm).
