Center Vent Flap Assembly





- Disconnect battery earth lead.
- Remove right and left side dash liners and closing panels.
- Remove the steering wheel.
- Remove the glove box lid and glove box.
- Remove the fascia center veneer panel and center vent outlet.
- Remove the fascia assembly from the vehicle and place on a bench.
- Remove the center vent flap securing screws (1).
- Disconnect the center vent vacuum pipe from the actuator and pull it through the grommet.
- Remove center vent flap assembly (2).

NOTE: Installation is the reverse of this procedure.
