Measure the voltage between EM012/013 and in turn:
EM012/018
EM012/019

- 0 volts?
Yes
6 Reconnect EM012
GO to V9 V9: Check Sensor Output
No
Inspect EM012, PI035 and PI001 for corrosion, bent/pushed back pins or locate harness fault. Repair as necessary and test the system for normal operation.
