With connectors EM015 and PI007 to PI014 disconnected
Measure the insulation resistance between EM015/022 and, in turn, EM015/004, 005, 006, 007

- Is the resistance > 10 M ohms?
Yes
GO to A12 A12: Check Harness Short Core to Core
No
Inspect harness/connector (PI001/037, 036, 034, 030). Repair as necessary and test the system for normal operation.
