A15: Check Harness Short Core to Core

With connectors EM027, EM029 and PI018 to PI024 disconnected and Ignition relay removed

Measure the insulation resistance, in turn, between pairs:
EM027/007 and EM029/007
EM027/008 and EM029/008
EM027/011 and EM029/011
EM027/012 and EM029/012

- Is the resistance> 10 M ohms?
Yes
GO to A16 A16: Check For Short #1 Module to Ground
No
Inspect connectors EM029, PI001 and PI018 to PI024 for bent/pushed back pins or locate and repair the harness. Test the system for normal operation.
