R4: Check Throttle Motor Coil Continuity

With PI033 disconnected, measure the resistance between pins 1 and 2

- Is the resistance 0.54 to 1.04 ohms?
Yes
GO to R5 R5: Check Throttle Motor Coil Insulation
No
Renew the electronic throttle assembly and test the system for normal operation.
