With EM010, EM011, PI006 and PI042 disconnected, measure the insulation resistance between EM010/021 and EM010/020

Repeat for:
EM011/012 and EM011/008
EM011/012 and EM010/010
EM011/012 and EM011/011
EM011/012 and EM011/013
EM011/012 and EM011/015
EM011/012 and EM011/016

- All resistances > 10 M (ohms)?
Yes
GO to C12 C12: Check Output Voltage, Pedal Demand #1 and #2 (Closed Pos.)
No
Inspect EM010, EM011, PI006 and PI042 for corrosion, bent/pushed back pins or locate harness/connector PI001. Repair as necessary and test the system for normal operation.
